We went to one of our favorite venues, Chapter One in Santa Ana, for some good ole refreshments from our friend Uncle James.  We decided the drink was so good, and Uncle James was at such another level of bartending, we had to capture it on film.  Enjoy!

2 Slices of Cucumber
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
Muddle
Add Ice
1 oz Agave Underground Anejo
3/4 oz Cherry Liquer
1.5 oz Vodka
Shake Well
Strain into Chilled Martini Glass
Float Cucumber Slice on Top
