Fill shaker with ice
Cut off 1/3 serrano chile
Muddle
Add more ice
1.5oz Agave Underground Silver
1/2oz Cointreau
2oz Lilikoi extract
Splash pineapple juice
Shake
Rim a cocktail glass with blood orange zested, Cointreau infused sea salt
Fill cocktail glass with ice
Strain into cocktail glass
Enjoy!
